Womens Victorian Steampunk Doll knee-length dress made from a stone coloured Hot Air Balloon print and elasticated rouched cream fabric. It has a built-in net petticoat* and cream under layer to give a fuller skirt. Featuring cream bishop style sleeves, rouched lifted skirt and antique cameo brooch at the neck. Fastens at the back with a 22" zip. Great for Steampunk conventions, Fancy Dress and Cosplay costumes.
